Fees
Fees for parent coordination, parent facilitation, and mediation start at $150 per 45-50 minute hour for both parties. Parents will split this fee unless they come to an alternative mutual agreement or a court order specifies a different structure of payment. Generally, parent coordination and facillitation seesions are blocked in a 2 hour time slots. Family mediation is often court ordered in four hour increments but if time is not specific, I am willing to do an initial two hour session.
Fees for therapuetic visitaiton start at $150 per 45-50 minute hour. Supervised visitation fees are generally $65 per hour for on site and $75 per hour for offsite with a 2 hour minimum for both.
Divorce coaching fees are $125 per 45-50 minute session and can be done in person or by phone.
Fees of $35 per quarter hour are charged for attorney consults, emails, written documentation requests and time spent either in person or by phone interacting with any parties involved in the case beyond simple scheduling requests. The requesting party is responsible for
their own charges unless otherwise agreed.
While Michelle is contracted on some insurance panels for mental health issues, she is not willing to utilize insurance in high conflict divorce cases where two attorneys have been retained.
