Education and Vocational Experience
Michelle has almost 20 years experience working with high conflict families and scenarios in various setting including the counseling office, schools, and church settings. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and the clinical director of Community Counseling Associates. She previously has been employed as the Crisis and Support Counselor for Allen ISD, school counselor and teacher for various local school districts, inpatient therapist and group facilitator for various mental health facilities, contract therapist for Texas foster care children and minister of youth and children for various Texas churches. She has a B.S. in Education from Baylor University, an M.A. in Counseling from Amberton University, has completed post graduate level work at TWU and Trinity Seminary and additional graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and Criswell Bible College.
Personal Statement
My appoach is supportive and directive. I am passionate about the work I do and dedicated to a better way of resolving emotionally charged issues without involving litigation when at all possible.
